Please be advised that ANA group will amend the fuel surcharge for tickets issued on/after 01 October 2009. The amounts are increased to reflect the Singapore Kerosene market price. The surcharge will be revised every two months to better reflect the trend of the fuel market price.
1. Date of Effectiveness: For tickets issued on/after 01 October 2009 until 30 November 2009. New fuel surcharge is pending government approvals.
2. System Schedule: Systems (auto fare quote) will be updated on time for 01 October 2009.
3. Amount of Fuel Surcharge: On/After 01 October 2009 per sector Sectors between Japan and POS Japan Europe (except UK) Europe, North America, Canada, Middle East JPY7000 EUR49 Hawaii, India JPY4000 EUR28 Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia JPY3000 EUR21 Vietnam, Saipan JPY2000 EUR14 China, Hong Kong, Taiwan JPY1500 EUR11 Korea JPY300 EUR3
4. Conditions for Application (1) The fuel surcharge shall apply evenly to all passengers, and the same amounts apply to adults, children and infants occupying seats. The fuel surcharge shall apply on AMC award tickets as well. Infants without seats are exempt.
(2) When an unused portion of the ticket is presented for refund, the surcharges for such sector will be refunded in full.
(3) Amount of the surcharge may change without prior notice subject to government approvals of concerned governments.
(4) The handling procedures for an amendment to Fuel Surcharge occurring after a ticket issuance and before the date of departure are as follows; - When a ticket is not changed (*) No adjustment of Fuel Surcharge will be made. - When the first international sector of the wholly unused ticket is changed (*) Difference between the Fuel Surcharge applicable to the original ticket and the revised Fuel Surcharge will be adjusted. - When the sectors other than the first international sector of a ticket are changed (*), no adjustment of the Fuel Surcharge will be made.
*Change means changes in itinerary, departure date with the same flight number, flight number with the same itinerary, and booking of a flight on the open dated tickets. Example: the date change, route change for the first international sector,
